What we collect

We collect the information you provide when searching, sending an enquiry, registering a clinic or managing a clinic profile. Enquiry information may include contact details, location and the area of care you select.

How we use it

We use information to operate the directory, route an enquiry to the clinic you explicitly choose, administer clinic accounts, complete verification reviews, prevent abuse and understand product performance.

Who receives it

Patient enquiry details are sent only to the selected clinic and the service providers needed to operate Get Enhanced. We do not sell patient enquiry data. A clinic receiving an enquiry applies its own privacy policy to its subsequent relationship with you.

Storage and international access

Our infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, and retain data only for legitimate operational, legal and security needs.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@getenhanced.au. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

Health information

Do not submit clinical documents or sensitive medical histories through a general enquiry unless the selected clinic specifically requests them through its secure patient portal.
