What does it actually cost?
Nothing. The free listing is free permanently — not a trial, not an introductory rate. We do not ask for a card to create the account.
Featured is the only paid thing on the platform, it is pay-per-enquiry, and you would have to go looking for it.
So what is the catch?
We make money when a clinic chooses Featured. That is the whole model. Free listings are not throttled, hidden or held back to push you into paying.
How do enquiries reach us?
A patient picks your clinic, fills in the enquiry form and ticks a consent box. We email the enquiry to the contact address on your profile with reply-to set to the patient, so you can simply hit reply.
One enquiry goes to one clinic. We do not sell the same enquiry to five of your competitors.
How many enquiries will we get?
We are not going to tell you, because we do not know. Get Enhanced is new and we have no traffic history to quote. Any number we gave you would be invented.
That is exactly why Featured is pay-per-enquiry rather than a subscription — the risk of the platform being quiet sits with us, not with you.

Is our data safe?
Your profile shows what you give us plus information already public. We do not sell clinic or patient data, and enquiry details are only shared with the clinic the patient chose.
Account access is yours — you set the password and manage the listing yourself.
Can we advertise our medicines here?
No, and neither can anyone else. Profiles describe your services and areas of care. We do not publish product names, doses or prices for prescription-only medicines — that keeps your listing on the right side of the advertising rules.
